4 slices of Pancroc Wheat
300 g of celeriac
½ acidic apple
1 teaspoon of chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise
Lemon juice
1 celery stalks, broad
1 pink radish
1 carrot
Prepare the celeriac and cut it in thin slices (julienne). It can also be grated using a vegetable grater. Grate the apple on the Bircher grater, mix both together with a little bit of lemon juice, the chopped walnuts and the mayonnaise.
Wash the celery stalks and cut it in bits of 5 to 8 cm. Spread the Pancroc slices with mayonnaise, fill the celery boats with Waldorf salad and place them on the Pancroc. Cut the radish and the carrot in thin slices and garnish the salad with it.
