Finely chop the salmon and mix it with the chopped onions. Place the mixture in round moulds of 5 cm diameter and flatten it.
Mix the cottage cheese with the horseradish and the chive. Season with salt and pepper. Put this mixture on top of the salmon and take the mould away (to remove the mould counter-press gently with a tablespoon or a matching stamp).
Dress the little pieces on a Zwieback with the help of a big spoon, garnish with dill, chopped chive and if wished, you can add edible flowers to make it look even nicer!
