4 slices of Crispbread Exquis
60 g of dried meat, in little pieces (brunoise)
100 g of cream cheese, for ex. Cantadou, Philadelphia
Grounded black pepper
Whipping cream
12 slices of dried meat, to garnish
Keep aside a spoon of diced dried meat to garnish. Mix the cheese with the rest of the meat pieces. If the spread is too thick, you can add a little bit of whipping cream until you get the consistency you want. With the help of two tablespoons, form gnocchi and place them on the Crispbread, sprinkle with little pieces of meat and a bit of pepper. Garnish with the dried meat slices.
